Progress is well underway at the Weston Mead development in Aylesbury, where Nova Plasterboard Systems is working alongside Bloor Homes South Midlands.

This substantial site consists of 157 plots, featuring a variety of two storey houses, 2.5 storey houses, and maisonettes. The scale of the project allows us to demonstrate our full range of internal and external finishing capabilities. Our scope of work at Weston Mead includes:

• Internal Drylining: Full partitioning, tacking, and jointing to a British Gypsum specification.
• Floor Screeding: Installation of E-FC-4 screed for a durable, high quality finish.
• External Finishes: Application of Weber render to provide a modern and weather resistant exterior.

By managing the screeding, internal drylining, and external rendering, we are able to provide Bloor Homes with a streamlined and reliable service, ensuring quality and consistency throughout the installation process.
