Two years ago, Nova Plasterboard Systems commenced work on the Linmere A project. Today, we are looking back on a 24-month journey defined by elite teamwork, high-volume delivery, and a trophy cabinet that speaks for itself.
Working in partnership with Stonebond Properties, we are thrilled to have completed 184 out of 201 properties, spanning a diverse mix of both houses and apartments.
A project of this scale requires more than just technical skill; it requires a shared commitment to being the best in the industry. The Linmere A site has been a magnet for accolades over the last two years, including:

Working alongside Stonebond’s elite team – Ben Tunney, Sheela Solanki, Tristan Tomkins, Ricky Pearce, James Marsay MCIOB, and Brian Cox – we completed an amazing 184 properties out of 201, comprising both houses and apartments. This level of delivery is only possible through true teamwork. That teamwork extended far beyond the drylining and site teams. It included the many subcontractors involved, all of whom we had the pleasure of working alongside and whose quality workmanship consistently stood out throughout the project.
Our supervision on site was nothing short of exemplary. Ryan Jennings delivered this project to the highest of standards, with comments including “this is the best drylining we have ever seen,” all achieved without compromising Health & Safety.
